New workout equipment

I'm always bugging my husband for new work out equipment, you know a stationary bike or elliptical rider. Instead he got me a mop, broom and vacuum cleaner. Well I tried them out today and did get a very good workout and so did my house. It has been scrubbed from top to bottom and all the while I was thinking, I'd rather be blogging and had these great and wonderful things I was going to say. Instead I'm blogging about housework. I have washed all the clothes in the house today too including the sheets. I did finally settle down long enough to critique my writers groups submissions So now I guess I have procrastinated enough and while I have my butt in chair (BIC) I will progress to my own story. Sorry to say I am sorely lagging behind in the Nanowrimo month but every word counts towards the goal so I'm signing off now to visit my characters and see if they will cooperate with me.

I've been doing this workout for years. My characters went home for the holidays and since that is to Gadsden Alabama in 1863, I guess I'll have to wait for them to get back.

Hi Sheila,
Good start to your blog. I'm basically still a newbie blogger as well having just started in October. It will be interesting to see the themes you choose to write about. I have 2 very different ones in my blog; I write about my writing process and the journey to getting published and the challenges I'm facing as i lose my eyesight. Maybe you'd like to check out my blog as well. I signed up to follow yours. Good luck, Gail
